Error 0x801901F7 is a windows store error which occurs when you try to open Windows Store. Unfortunately; this issue is not on the user’s end and is a Microsoft store issue coming from the MS Servers.
With some users the issue has been automatically resolved; whereas others may still need to wait until Microsoft releases a patch through updates.
As per Microsoft; they are working to fix this issue. However you can try some general steps listed here which may fix the issue:
Run Windows Diagnostic Utility
1. Download the Advanced Apps Diagnostic Utility by Clicking Here
2. Open the apps.diagcab file and Click Next.
3. Wait for the diagnostic utility to finish detecting and repairing.
4. When done, select Close.
Clearing Windows Store Cache
Open the Tiles menu and type cmd to search for command prompt. Once command prompt is found, right click on it and select Run As Administrator.
The Run As Adminisrator option appears at the bottom, click on it to open the Command Prompt in (Administrator Mode).
In the command prompt type wsreset.exe and Hit Enter.
